Billing questions - Why is there a charge from Longship Solutions on my card?
First: don’t worry. If your statement shows a charge from Longship Solutions LLC (it may appear as LONGSHIP SOLUTIONS or LONGSHIP.DEV), it’s almost certainly a subscription to one of our products.
The short answer
We’re the company behind viaqr.com — a service for creating and hosting QR codes, forms, pages, and files, used by restaurants, churches, and small organizations. viaqr subscriptions are billed by our legal entity, Longship Solutions LLC, which is the name that appears on your statement.
A typical charge is $9/month for the viaqr Standard plan. If you or someone on your team set up QR codes for a menu, a bulletin, an event signup, or a landing page — that’s this.
Common questions
If your situation isn’t covered here, email us — a real person reads it.
I don't recognize this charge at all.
It may have been made by someone else in your household or organization — viaqr.com accounts are often set up for a team, a restaurant, or a church. If nobody you know signed up, email us with the date and amount of the charge and we'll look it up right away. If it turns out the charge wasn't authorized, we'll refund it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your viaqr.com account and cancel from your account settings — it takes effect immediately and you won’t be billed again. If you have trouble finding it, email us and we’ll cancel it for you.
Can I get a refund?
If something isn't right — a duplicate charge, a subscription that should have been canceled, a charge you didn't authorize — email us and we'll make it right. We'd rather refund quickly than argue.
